Indiana State University alumni Charlie and Terri Lentz have generously made a gift through their estate plan to the women’s basketball program in support of advancing the development of student-athletes and enhancing the team’s resources to achieve excellence on the court and in the classroom.

Indiana State University Included in Givzey’s Version2 Third Cohort, Revolutionizing Fundraising Forever with Fully Autonomous Fundraising

Version2, Givzey’s AI R&D lab researching, developing, and accelerating the deployment of the world’s first fully autonomous fundraiser, announced the third cohort of nonprofit Innovation Partners to introduce the Virtual Engagement Officer (VEO) to donors. Indiana State University is the first university in Indiana to partner with Givzey and is among 12 other organizations in its cohort.

Indiana State University Announces 2024 Philanthropy Award Honorees

Indiana State University has announced the 2024 Philanthropy Award recipients. Awards recognized will include the March On! Award, the John P. Newton Spirit of Indiana State University Award, and the Student Philanthropy Award. The award recipients will be honored at the fourth annual President’s Dinner on Friday, November 15. 

Indiana State University Receives a multi-million dollar gift from the Estate of Dr. Peggy Sankey Swaim to Enhance Medical Training

Indiana State University has received a transformative multi-million dollar donation from the estate of the late Dr. Peggy Sankey, a 1961 alumna, to its College of Health and Human Services and School of Nursing. The generous gift will purchase and install cutting-edge medical equipment, providing students with hands-on training on the same technology they will use in their professional careers. The donation will be placed in a previously established endowment to facilitate ongoing updates to the equipment as medical innovations emerge.

Sycamore Success Scholarship Fund Launched with Generous Lead Gift from Alumna Jo Einstandig

Indiana State University is proud to announce the creation of the Sycamore Success Scholarship Fund, a new strategic initiative by President Mike Godard designed to support incoming freshmen. The Sycamore Success Scholarship will be available to deserving students who have not received another significant scholarship at Indiana State.

Indiana State alumna and dedicated community member Jo Einstandig has stepped forward to make the lead gift to the new Sycamore Success Scholarship Fund, which will support efforts to increase freshman enrollment at Indiana State University.
