Indiana State University proudly announces the speakers for its undergraduate winter commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Highlighting this year’s ceremony are Hannah Buescher, a dedicated nursing student and active campus leader, and Eric Garrett, an accomplished alumnus and founder of The Garrett Companies. 
 

Indiana State University Announces 2024 Distinguished Alumni Award Recipients

Mel Burks, Anita Klopfenstein, and Jim Pajakowski have been announced as the 2024 recipients of Indiana State University’s Distinguished Alumni Award for outstanding contributions to their careers and communities. The honorees and other University philanthropy award winners will be recognized for their accomplishments on November 15 at the fourth annual President’s Dinner.

Indiana State University Appoints Dr. PJ Thompson as Executive Director of Alumni Association

Dr. PJ Thompson has been named the Executive Director of the Indiana State University Alumni Association and will begin on Monday, July 22. 

With over 110,000 alumni worldwide, the Alumni Association is pivotal in fostering a strong sense of community among Indiana State University alumni and friends, encouraging their involvement in campus life, and securing resources to ensure the University’s continued growth and success.
