Student organizations interested in participating in the Indiana State University Sycamore Food Drive can donate nonperishable food items or hygiene products at the Linda Eldred Student Leadership Center in the Hulman Memorial Student Union (HMSU). Monetary donations may be made using the QR code on flyers posted in Hulman Memorial Student Union.

Donations are collected and counted on site by student staff. Organizations compete by size for a chance to win a joint pizza party with President Godard, awarded to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Top Fraternity and Sorority Life chapter winners. For additional information, organizations should contact Student Activities and Organizations or the Center for Community Engagement.

Residence Hall and Apartment communities participating in the Indiana State University Sycamore Food Drive may donate nonperishable food items or hygiene supplies using the designated blue bins located in their buildings. Monetary donations may be made using the QR code on flyers posted in the residence halls and apartments.

Donations are counted by Residence Hall Association (RHA) leaders and staff, with final scores based on a per-person average to ensure fairness across communities. The winning hall will receive a building celebration event coordinated with Hall Council and RHA. It's very possible that a special guest or two may just crash the party.

Athletics is collecting for the food drives in a competition between all athletic teams. The team that brings in the most donations will receive a special Under Armour beanie as a thank you. Indiana State Athletics is also a collection site for any faculty or staff wishing to donate during the drive.

Sycamore fans are also invited to bring non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation to help families across the Wabash Valley leading up to the Saturday, January 31, men's basketball game against Valparaiso. Anyone who donates at the Indiana State/Valparaiso game will receive a voucher for an upper-bowl ticket to the February 9 men's basketball game against Southern Illinois.
