Four-time NFL Super Bowl winner and Vietnam veteran Rocky Bleier will be sharing what it takes to succeed in times of change and how to conquer insurmountable odds. Bleier will be joining us for "Leadership Through Teamwork, Perseverance and Hope" on February 24 at 7 p.m. in Tilson Auditorium on Indiana State University campus.

In 1968 Bleier was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers but was soon drafted once again-- into the Vietnam War, where he received severe injuries. Against all odds, he slowly fought to rehabilitate himself and once again secured his running back position for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Not only was he a player on a NFL team, but he was a part of a team that went on to win four Super Bowls. Bleier will be sharing his incredible journey of not only succeeding and playing for the NFL, but also his time in Vietnam and beyond. Through his story of courage and motivation we see that ordinary people can become extraordinary achievers and reach their goals.

Please join us for an evening with Rocky Bleier. His book Fighting Back will be available for purchase before the presentation. There will be a book signing and autograph session to follow the presentation.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information please visit www.hulmancenter.org or call 877-ISU-TIXS.
