TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Free age-appropriate immunizations for children one month to 18 years of age; are available at upcoming Pediatric Clinics sponsored by the Indiana State University College of Nursing's Sycamore Nursing Center.
Children six months to six years of age will also receive free hemoglobin and lead screenings. Comprehensive physical exams, including sports physicals are also available at a cost of $5.
Clinics are scheduled for Thursday, May 4; Thursday, June 8; Thursday, July 13 and Thursday, August 3. More dates will be scheduled in August to accommodate children needing immunizations and physicals in order to start school.
The Sycamore Nursing Center, staffed by ISU College of Nursing students, is located in the Landsbaum Center for Health Education, 1433 North 6 1/2 Street. Clinic hours are from 5:30-9 pm. Appointments are required.
